Pros
The people I work with are some of the best people I know. They work hard and genuinely care about each other. I have personally experienced my coworkers and LP helping me out when I was in a personal time of need. When the company went remote I was unsure if the previous culture would be completely lost or if I would maintain the positive relationships I had with coworkers. While the culture has of course changed I’ve found it’s actually easier to connect with others. I have not only maintained my friendships with people, but I’ve also gone on trips to visit new coworkers in 3 different states!
Cons
Like most companies, LP has gone through a lot of changes over the last 3 years. While these changes have been challenging I think they have ultimately helped shape a new identity for the business. If you work hard, want to celebrate your wins, learn from your mistakes, and work with some great people, then LP is for you.
