Pros

Logical position is a good company and the people who work there all seem awesome. Most people work remotely so I didn’t meet everyone but those I met were always nice and helpful. The BDR position is cold calling businesses to set up appointments. It’s a tough gig. If you’re not producing right away, they are quick to fire you. That’s what happened to me but they did tell me that would be the case in my interview. Of my 10 person training class, I lasted longer than all but 1. If you have what it takes, it’s a good job. It is strictly a Monday - Friday 40 hour a week job.

Cons

The only downside really is the fact that it’s only a 4 month job if you’re not hitting the expected performance metrics.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
