      LP values people, and they support personal and professional growth. It is a great place to grow your career.

      Cons

      They pay a little under market value and the day to day work can be a little chaotic because the company is going through growing pains as they become a larger company and larger player in the market. But I feel like LP's heart is in the right place when it comes to their employees.

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
