Pros
Logical Position (LP for short) is an amazing place if you're passionate about digital marketing or want to learn more about it. Having so many products and working with a diverse amount of clients really helps grow knowledge and a toolkit of how to troubleshoot what is going on. Whether you are really interested in working with Google Ads, SEO, Amazon, or Meta, there will be a place for you to learn. Even in the Sales roles, you can learn so much from selling the products themselves. After a significant shakeup in leadership last year, things seem to be heading in a much better direction. Feedback is more easily disseminated and necessary changes are made more quickly. While I can only speak to my personal department, people seem to be genuinely happier with these changes and with the people in decision making positions. On top of this, the people that work here are just awesome. It's common for people to make friends with their coworkers, even in a more remote/hybrid (depending on your location) setting. In our Portland, Chicago, and Charlotte areas there are regular meetups and events (for example).
Cons
As any company that is growing, you see some growing pains. These pains were really felt last year and swift, necessary, decisions were made to remain on the right track. This may have led to some early stress and bumps in the road for a few departments, I believe the worst is behind us and LP is on a solid trajectory!
