      Pros

      Freedom to manage your meeting schedule independently. Marketing in general can be fun.

      Cons

      Managing 100+ clients makes it impossible to provide enough attention to every account. Long hours. Lack of support from the specialty teams and the AM is the one held accountable. The client quality approved by QC has become increasingly worse. You get in trouble for a high churn rate while simultaneously being assigned to accounts that will never succeed.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
