Logical Position has pushed my professional and personal growth in ways I never anticipated. Furthermore, the culture at Logical Position remains strong after all these years, with amazing benefits, perks, and great people!

      Cons

      Change is constant at Logical Position, so if you're not able to adapt, the company may not be for you. Logical Position also allows employees to work remotely full-time, so it could be a con for those looking to work with people in person.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
