You have an opportunity based on your own determination to learn a lot in the IT field. Hours can be flexible and the colleagues are fantastic.
Cons
management. You have got to do a better job at being a leader. Communication is lacking, rules and procedures are constantly changing based on the situation (big business no-no) and seemingly they will only change if you are about to be proven wrong. NO opportunity for advancement. If you do well, you will be stuck forever.
