Pros

Initially there was an actual desire to operate entrepreneurly and attempt to innovate in product development.

Cons

Management is dishonest and secretive of their agenda. Many staff had no idea what the strategy was. Finally outsourced in house development to China showing no faith in staff. Misrepresented resources available for customer support, profiting immensely.
