Every one is running in different directions. No accomplishments are ever achieved due to the different agendas that can't seem to come together. Most of the managers are more interested in back stabbing each other than developing robust designs. Many childish, unprofessional, and all around dead weight employees work here. Employees are never scolded by authoritarian company figures for viscous outbursts, unethical behavior, uselessly squandering company finances and resources, and other ramifications that would otherwise warrant disciplinary action.
