The new leadership that's coming into the organization is making positive change -- we can clearly see and feel it. The people here are really great, very approachable and friendly and willing to help. The pay and benefits are great. Lots of engaging work to do -- and people do give you recognition for your work. I like the business model -- the wall 2 wall model -- gives a lot of job security because the clients we have are big companies (like P&G, J&J) and they are growing and profitable, so in turn so are we. Company did very well last year through the pandemic, so that's a good sign as well.
