Pros
The company preaches a lot of wonderful things. They try to respect your personal needs. Pay is decent. It is pretty hard to get fired, no one gets written up unless management really needs to.
Cons
They don't practice what they preach. Their respect given depends on who is asking. Some people get special privileges like choosing what PPE they wear, whether to wear a mask or not, how many smoke breaks they are allowed. Training is poor and unregulated. They usually do not promote from within. Only from material handler to operator. The company has a lot of wasted potential.
