Pros
Good image, good place to get your foot in the door. The USA side of logoplaste is like a fledgling company.
Cons
They gut every hourly workers paycheck by over 9% through no fault of their own, and reduced their vacation accrual rate. Stripped everyone of any raises they got so far. They backtrack constantly because of their lack of standard practices and oversight. Minimal safety standards. No effective lockout tagout. Any stations posted are effectively for show.
