Pros
The people are awesome and fun to work with. there's always a feeling of teamwork and taking responsibility together. The company is very inclusive and transparent in all terms. The technology is super interesting, most of it is top and latest and there's a consistent effort to improve and increase the dev experience.
Cons
It's not a small startup anymore, as we are growing. but there's still the feeling of a fast-moving pace towards goals and targets.
