* cool startup env benefits, like tenbis, nice office, PlayStation, happy hours etc * amazing and kind people who’re always available to help
Cons
* underpaid positions and management doesn’t want to work on it * understaffed as a results of 1st point * product isn’t mature enough and it was hard to work in support with many bugs/issues opened by customers * lack of onboarding for new employees (csm, am, support)
