Really poor history of awful hiring decisions - Customer Success Engineer Logz.io Employee Review

The leadership hires are consistently mistakes. Starting with the CRO who brought in all of his team from black duck a few years ago it has been one after another of short lived really bad hiring decisions at the VP+ level. A lot of big egos and at least in the past with this specific group, rampant sexism. They typically last 3 quarters and leave. I’m hopeful they’ve improved this! But take this as a warning not to depend on smart leadership hires in the US and also do not work for anyone who was in leadership at Logz.io in the Boston area when the black duck team took over (CRO especially)
