Seems like the person in charge is being punished, so they are sent to the Walkersville location where they do their song and dance and go back to Europe. Meanwhile here the same people in charge end up doing the same so nothing changes. Still ran like mom and pop store because these people in charge grew with this company so they don't have any experience with big companies or they can't see the big picture. Still poor communication, poor management and allocation of resources. People with talent and knowledge are not allowed to shine because it shows management's weaknesses so they leave. The problems are the ones that hat have been there over 8 yrsbecahuse the same issues continue.
