Pros
Honestly, very hard to find any pros. I guess if you have minimal formal education and are simi-literate they will hire you. If you like 10-12 hour shifts and a constantly changing schedule with split days off this might be for you.
Cons
Terrible management. The motto at Loomis Spokane is "Churn and Burn ". Use them, abuse them and when they get burnt out or move up to the top of the pay scale fire them. I worked at the Spokane Washington Branch for over a decade. The only employees who get fired are over 40 and near the top of the pay scale. They will run you ragged. You will work your tail off day in , day out without the slightest bit of thanks. The branch manager doesn't give a rip about people...just keeping his labor costs down.
