Pros
There is no shortage of hours to work. You will even be called on your off day to drive a route. It is good stable work. This is a great job for retirees, workaholics, or individuals entering the workforce to pad a resume.
Cons
You are stuck with this armored truck until the route is done. There is no set end time. Due to the nature of the job, you should be aware that it is impossible to have flexibility during your work day. So if you have children, school, or other after work obligations, those activities are not compatible with this employer. The company has a high turn over and they seem to like it that way.
