Pros
Some coworkers were great, offered 401(k) with match, has a 5 year vesting schedule thoguh
Cons
Pay is at least 3-4 dollars under what it should be. Leads are often under trained, under qualified and rude. Under staffing leads to backup which will fall on your head, will be required to work overtime with little to no warning. Hours change frequently and at times without warning. Risk to yourself is not worth the pay. Use as a last option only there are probably much better options available.
