Pros
Only good thing is you get to spend time outdoors not in a office. At times you might work with a caring, and watchful partner that is not playing on his phone instead of watching your back.
Cons
Where should I start. Trucks now a days are not keep up like they should. Break down alot, due to management and mechanics faults. Either to save a penny or mechanics really don't know what their are doing. Lack of experience. Routes are never schedule right, and wouldn't take any input from workers. Long hours, with no care for personal life or school. Pay is awful for the line of work we do. Workers are lied to from the start about pay raises. Will fire someone for the smallest thing just to show their power to workers. Days off good luck. STAY A WAY!! If you know what's good for you. A million other jobs that will treat you like a real person.
