Not bad hourly rate. Work practically as many hours as you want.
Cons
Exhausting and physically draining. Early hours and long days, overtime is expected and management make you feel bullied into doing it. Management very unorganised and don't communicate with each other never mind the drivers. Routes planned out are too demanding, too many jobs, and if you miss any work you're made to feel like you're in the wrong. Shift Managers are bullies and need a serious look at, which won't happen because the branch management above are exactly the same. Little to no training, thrown out to just make mistakes and learn as you go. Personel manager is a waste of time, numerous occasion under paid and missing overtime. Can start as early as 4am and not finish till 8pm. Then be back in the following morning at 4am. ATM replenishment crew are specifally run down, covering far too many areas with too much work. No bonuses, no overtime rate. (Standard rate) Staff retention is the poorest I've ever seen anywhere.
