Since the new CEO , new things were thrown in. The pay wasn't great Was like the wild west , you just couldn't get fired. Management really stunk. Sure could tell not much education, or experience. Poor guy in primary always ran away when people came out. And he was supposed to be in charge. Very poor leadership for the most part. Always seem to play blame game . Secondary manager knew , primary manager was weak. He always tried to get in there. I remember bathroom was never open, always in there for hours . You can even sleep in there, he wouldn't say anything. He never wanted to show anyone anything, scared to loose his job. They knew what was going on in office, just never mentioned, even with lots of meetings. Very poorly ran business from the top - down. Just sit back and pass the time. How it seemed people liked. No real boundaries. Office staff needs to focus on important things , like the employees. Come on hr Lead by example . Need to educate her also.
