Work keeps you busy and is satisfying

Cons

Horrible management. H.R. absolutely favorites employees in "the click" over others. Hires supervision that is unexperienced and harrasses employees. Hires anyone just to fill vacancy with no experience and gives very poor training. Allows harrassment from co workers with nothing done making workers feel left out and alone and unappreciated.

Pay. Overtime. Overall if you get good at your job it can be a low stress place to work.

Cons

Mill work. It is dirty, loud, and the use of chemicals is high. If this doesn't bother you it can be a good place to work.
