Loram Response
10yIt is unfortunate that you do not feel as though you can participate in Loram's 401k program, as it is one of the top programs in the country. Loram has a 150% matching program.
If you believe that you should be paid more, I suggest that you speak with your Union Representative, as your pay is negotiated by your union. The contract is renewed every 3 years.
Since you state that you are a shop worker at Loram, you would be working on one of the two shifts we have: 7am-3pm or 3:30pm-11:30pm. Overtime work is typically optional, with occasional mandatory overtime required. Again, if this is something you don't like - speak with your union, as they are the ones who negotiated the hours of work for you.
