      Many opportunities for Advancement, company pays for all travel and living expenses and required certifications.

      Cons

      Training is provided outside of Canada which is inconvenient to some but understandable since its headquarters is in Minnesota

      Pros

      The finance team was great to work with. I did not fuly approve of top management but since I have left, I've heard it has improved.

      Cons

      The work could get a bit redundant. Not a defined career path. I ended up leave due to mostly to getting bored and not getting the growth I was looking for.
