      Dysfunctional VP and directors (some groups much better than others) Marginal salary (typically 20%+ below market) No good incentive program for individual performance.

      Pros

      The finance team was great to work with. I did not fuly approve of top management but since I have left, I've heard it has improved.

      Cons

      The work could get a bit redundant. Not a defined career path. I ended up leave due to mostly to getting bored and not getting the growth I was looking for.
