Loram Response
10yAlthough you state in your comments that Loram does not offer per diem, you fail to mention that your all of your hotel and travel expenses are covered by Loram. The company flies you home for your two weeks off of work, then flies you back to the work location after your time off. The only expenses you have on the road are your personal items and food. Many Loram workers are able to save a considerable amount of their paycheck each period, as they are not spending money on other items that they would otherwise need to purchase.
On a related note, many of Loram's positions DO offer per diem. Please check with your Machine Superintendent or HR for information on these positions. Some of our positions also offer paid time off.
