      Great work life balance with senior management who have worked on the ground.Excellent educational grants to help staff move on to the next level .

      Cons

      Like every company we have our pluses and minuses but when reasonable items are brought to senior management they help take care of them.

      Lotus looks out for each of its employees. They trust you to do your work while not micromanaging. The pay is solid.
