Pros
So far, Lotus has been an excellent company to work for. The leadership has always come through during times of need, whether business or personal related. The supervision team does not "hover" over you. They allow you the space to do our work and to be a professional. The benefits have been a blessing to my family and I. I was amazed to see medical kick in immediately, and it's not some cheap plan either. It is good coverage. That was truly a blessing in my families time of need.
Cons
The only con I have come across so far is the payday frequency of monthly vs biweekly etc.
