      Pros

      Good team with constant support from colleagues and management. Helpful and efficient onboarding process. Good facilities and great environment to work. Early start so early finish hours. Great benefits. Lots of opportunity to progress or change role within the company.

      Cons

      Some on site processes are too complicated to complete simple work.

      Lotus looks out for each of its employees. They trust you to do your work while not micromanaging. The pay is solid.
