You have no rights working as a contractor in another company (e.g. Boston Scientific) so you can be terminated over employees that are directly employed by that company you are working who have been there for a shorter duration. Not many companies in Galway on their books. Do not get the same bonuses as the company you are working for even though you are doing the same job and the company pays your employer. Very noticeable during the 2 COVID years.
