Company benefits, includes on site exercise classes

Cons

They will bully you when you're a trainee and not fast enough. Then when you complain they'll fire you for not "meeting company requirements" but really it's because you can't speak Spanish and are complaining to HR about the work environment. They hired someone after me that couldn't even sew the bag she was required to make, but she could speak Spanish.

Pros

The employee Discount was the only positive of this store.

Cons

Management was absolutely horrible, they will scream at you, pull you outside for “talks”. All managers are beard friends and some are in relationships. Its all a favoritism environment. THE Most toxic job i have ever worked. And the commission is terrible might as well not even have any. With high goals of 200k on slow months.
