Pros
Solid pay, flexible hours,
Cons
They promise full time in 3 months, but don't offer you full time unless you are buddies with the scheduling company. You have to travel a lot and use your own gas. They try to make you put a 4 week notice if you are resigning. They don't care about your personal health. You work with kids and they are constantly sick and coughing without covering their mouths. So you will be catching a cold almost every 6 weeks. There is also a lot of cliques here. If you don't fit in, you don't move up There's too many cliques at this job. If you aren't friends with your coworkers, you don't move up. Also they lie about you being able to work full time in 3 months. Supervisors don't offer much support. And if you want to learn what you need to do to be better at your job, the supervisors won't just tell you. You have to go get a form from the office in Huntington Beach and have the supervisors fill the form out and tell you what you need to work on. Supervisors barely come out to the cases. By far, one of my worst employment experiences.
