Awesome coworkers and a very supportive environment. With hard work and determination, promotions can be achieved. Every director has an open door policy to answer questions and provide support.

Cons

Cancellations can be hard to deal with financially. However there are ways to help, by subbing or acquiring administrative time from your supervisors.

Seasoned clinicians that really care about their team members and clients. Clinicians that have decades of experience and are trauma informed. Love 2 Learn is a company that has deep respect for those they serve and assures the assent of each client in each session.

Cons

This work isn't for the weary. You have to really love what you are doing as it is challenging
