This company is just a wonderful place to work. As an employee I feel valued and supported. There is always someone to help with questions and even though most of the work is individual, I've never felt alone or left in the dark. As an ABA agency, working here is definitely reinforced by all levels of management.

Cons

Caseloads are based on availability so moving onto full-time employment may take a while but this is understandable in this field. Scheduling department does its best to work with you in building your caseload.

Seasoned clinicians that really care about their team members and clients. Clinicians that have decades of experience and are trauma informed. Love 2 Learn is a company that has deep respect for those they serve and assures the assent of each client in each session.

Cons

This work isn't for the weary. You have to really love what you are doing as it is challenging
