Pros

Very organized with scheduling and subbing if needed. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help if needed. Ongoing trainings are really helpful to keep the current research on ABA updated in the client homes.

Cons

A lot of emails. But I would rather have over the top communication than a lack of communication like other companies.

Seasoned clinicians that really care about their team members and clients. Clinicians that have decades of experience and are trauma informed. Love 2 Learn is a company that has deep respect for those they serve and assures the assent of each client in each session.

Cons

This work isn't for the weary. You have to really love what you are doing as it is challenging
