Employees feeling safe and comfortable in their work environment is critical to a healthy culture. It is our common practice to support staff to transition off cases when it is determined that it is “not the right fit” as quickly as possible. The speed of each transition varies based on multiple factor. I truly apologize that this did not happen for you as it needed to. 2. Thank you for recognizing the support and training we provide. Investing in our staff is something we take great pride in. 3. Paying competitive wages to our highly trained staff is a priority, as we value our staff greatly. An analysis of pay rates, for each role, across the industry is done yearly and we pay competitively in the Orange County market. There are many factors to one’s pay: years of experience, education, performance, and skill sets are all taken into consideration. I would like to hear more about that so that we can do better.
