They will work you to the bone. Until you are ready to keel over then they notice . The praise is minor; Long hours Expect you to create magic with no support or budget No training whatsoever, i spent months figuring what the how toos and procedure. Favoritism is huge in this company , if your not “in” then goodluck Pay is atrocious they will low ball you It’s really a shame what has happened to this company. When i started 2 years ago it was a happy family vibe now it’s a machine that doesn’t care

The office is so beautiful. It's a great environment where I felt surrounded by smart, hardworking, and kind women. Everyone made me feel very welcome, and I learned so much about the business while I was there. The hours were flexible and they were generous giving an hour for lunch. I felt accommodated and challenged. I loved every part of my experience and would go back anytime.

Cons

I felt there were no cons! The internship was minimum wage, but the hours were flexible and the pay was standard.
