You get a discount for the clothing.

Cons

If you don't meet the month sales goals they will bully you. Only a 15 minute break a day. You have to stand all day can't sit down they are intimating and mean and threatened your employment any time you don't reach the ridiculous sales goals.

The office is so beautiful. It's a great environment where I felt surrounded by smart, hardworking, and kind women. Everyone made me feel very welcome, and I learned so much about the business while I was there. The hours were flexible and they were generous giving an hour for lunch. I felt accommodated and challenged. I loved every part of my experience and would go back anytime.

Cons

I felt there were no cons! The internship was minimum wage, but the hours were flexible and the pay was standard.
