Wouldn't call it a con necessarily but this is a very fast paced environment where you must be very adaptable and a self starter.

The office is so beautiful. It's a great environment where I felt surrounded by smart, hardworking, and kind women. Everyone made me feel very welcome, and I learned so much about the business while I was there. The hours were flexible and they were generous giving an hour for lunch. I felt accommodated and challenged. I loved every part of my experience and would go back anytime.

Cons

I felt there were no cons! The internship was minimum wage, but the hours were flexible and the pay was standard.
