At the same time, we're sorry to hear that you feel a lack of structure, organization, and transparency. We recognize that clear communication, realistic expectations, and a well-defined work environment are essential to employee success and engagement. We are committed to continually evaluating how we support our team members and how we can improve communication and create an environment where employees feel heard, respected, and set up for success.
