Cons
The nature of the products, and the short development timeframe, mean the hours can be long. But when you're excited and fired up the days fly by. With a smaller team compared to a typical OEM, you need to cover a much larger set of responsibilities which can be daunting. However, you learn a diverse skill set very quickly.
