- The recently booted CEO won’t be missed but it’s not very encouraging for everyone else that the company is in such deep trouble - Recent layoffs, one again, have a huge impact on the working environment. As reported elsewhere, we recently lost many good colleagues. Morale is at a low point. - Product leadership has been an issue for years here. The past five or so years have seen a handful of C-level product guys come in, and all of them have been unable to execute, or arrogant and unapproachable. It hasn’t helped.
