There is a culture of disrespect, hostility towards suggestions to improve processes, and overall lack care and consideration for the wellbeing (mental and physical) of their employees by people in power/higher-ups. It's shocking and troubling that they continue to employ a higher-up who attended and endorsed – online via their social media posts with pictures – the January 6th, 2021 insurrection / storming of the Capitol building. The lack of consequences is an endorsement and says everything you need to know about the company and its values – it has none.
