      Pros

      flex pto and coworkers are great for the most part. Trying to change the company vision and morale with dare to lead and now offering standard annual raises which were unheard of for years.

      Cons

      Too much change too fast. Changing so fast it can't be changed right, and they want to change all the things right now, with plenty of things missed, and unreasonable timelines. The expectation is to complete it regardless. Processes are constantly changing and people can't remember how or what to do. Do more with less and the stop lists are a joke. Nothing gets stopped they just lay people off or not back fill and expect the same work of the people that are left.

      - lots of growth opportunities - great management

      Cons

      - slow paced days but then really busy busy days

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely, wanting too share knowledge or learned skills with AI.

      Cons

      Treat people more like independent contractors and don't have centralized places to find information that it needed. There SharePoint sites are not easy to navigate.
