      Pros

      The healthcare benefits are nice and the other associates are very friendly.

      Cons

      The pressure to obtain sales is insane, management doesn't seem to mind if you are "slamming" (adding products to customers' accounts without their authorization) accounts as long as you are making sales. This is not a job for a person with children, especially single parents, because your schedule is subject to change whenever they feel the need to add overtime and there is no sick leave with this company.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
