      Peers made the job tolerable. Downtown location allowed for fun/casual walks on lunch breaks.

      Cons

      Managers put on more mandatory requirements (disclosures, change in SPIFF rules, doing other departments' job) without any understanding on how that takes away from the primary job function -thus making it more difficult to hit objectives.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
