Pros

Theres no pros at this place. Dont apply.

Cons

Theres too many to start. They hire 90% of their employees overseas. There is almost no training, so add both someone who knows no english and has no training and that's what you get every single time you call another department. The pay is absolutely horrible for what you have to put up. They cut your spliffs and your pay every month. You get yelled at all day for not being under 3 mins per call when you can't get assistance on helping someone. Imagine being at a job where you feel trapped; getting yelled at by your manager who doesnt know how to help you, while the customer is mad? Then multiply that by 8 hours. The pressure they put on you for sales is beyond humiliating. You get told you need to go home and tell your family you failed at your job because you forgot to offer a home phone to someone who told you how much they hate CenturyLink. There is no opportunity for advancement. They cut jobs sporadically so your job is never safe.

Pros

- Benefits are great, medical coverages are great and there are a few plans to choose from that makes sense for you. Prescription coverage has changed a bit over the years and declined a bit but still within reasonable expectations. The additional perks and benefit services are great, lots of savings and reimbursement options. - teams are great and collaboration is necessary, but easy when you work with great people

Cons

- stability is a large concern for most of the population, as with any transformation and AI focused company there is a gap in the value of people vs. the value of time and money. It never used to be this way.
