Pros
Union job, great benefits, salaries are much higher than most local call centers. Great sense of teamwork and emphasis on customer service.
Cons
Sticklers for meeting "the numbers". As a DSL screener, calls per hour, one call resolve, average handle time, after call work, are all determining factors for monthly reviews. Of course attendance and tardies are also required to be satisfactory and not exceed the set metrics for the company.
