This company has really gone down hill - Senior Operations Manager Lumen Employee Review

This company used to be a great place to work, while it was Qwest, and then it got better with the merger with Centurylink. But since the Level 3 merger the company has gone in a very negative direction. The culture is cutthroat, leaders are condescending and autocratic, executives are evil gods that drive a tremendous amount of inefficiency and much wasted time throughout the company. They do this in the name of "data driven" but really all the analytics are political story telling to protect the VP and Director level. The culture that came from Level 3 and has swallowed up CTL is disturbingly negative.
